The card you have on file with Snout will be charged once monthly per your membership fee. When you visit the clinic, your plan covered items will be paid for by Snout. Services not covered by your plan are not financed through Snout and will be charged at time of service.

Plans are a 12-month commitment. Cancellations are only permitted under certain circumstances, and a $25 cancellation fee may be charged. The balance of plan services used will be due upon cancellation.

We understand this is a difficult time. Snout will calculate any remaining balance based on services versus payments made. Monthly charges will continue until the balance is paid in full, then the plan will be cancelled.

No, membership benefits cannot be applied to appointments that have already happened. You must enroll before or during your visit. However, once enrolled, your plan benefits are effective immediately for all future visits!
