We are a different type of veterinary hospital. Our main focus is providing convenient and affordable wellness care for your pet. This includes annual physical exams, vaccinations, bloodwork, dentistries, spays/neuters…that kind of stuff. We also see patients with mild un-wellness…such as icky ears, skin disease, mild upset tummies, anal gland impactions, lumps/bumps, etc. We are not designed to see pets who are really sick or need intensive chronic care. We know there are times when your pet will be sick. Urgent Care services at our Renton and Puyallup locations are meant for pets who are experiencing signs of sickness which need to be addressed sooner than later. These appointments are led by our urgent care veterinarian and typically last 30-60 minutes. Appointments can be booked online. If your pet is experiencing a true emergency (seizures, difficulty walking / can’t get up, difficulty breathing, significant trauma such as hit by car), you will need to go to your nearest animal emergency clinic. Our neighborhood clinic appointments are different from what you may be used to. Our team of highly skilled licensed veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants will greet you in the clinic, take a detailed history and preform a comprehensive physical exam on your pet. A BoosterPet veterinarian is then video-conferenced into the exam room to go over the exam findings and talk with you about next best steps. Together, you and the BoosterPet team will come up with a treatment plan that works for you and your BFF. The licensed technician/assistant team will then carry out any needed treatments (vaccinations, ear cleanings, etc).
